I was in tombs today and a guy in our group insisted on taking Symbol of Wrath and Signet of Judgement to smite. He refused to change his build at all becuase he "liked it".

I told him that he was playing for the team and not the team playing for him. He refused to change his build so we kicked him. He proceeded to rejoin our TS channel and spam 90's soft rock; we were unable to ban him.

We had to remake a new room in our TS server >.>

Hmm, ive often wanted to try tombs but it seems i hear more negitive storys than positive... but im sorry to say he had the right to bring what he wanted, no one can tell you what to bring, even if the team does not like it

I had the opposite problem. I joined a group in tombs and they would kick me when I told them my E/Mo smiter didn't have ether renewal.

Well that's understandable, what really rubbed me the wrong way is they proceded to spam the chat that I was an incompetent n00b.

It's not that I don't want it, I just didn't have the faction to unlock it.

Yes and it's the group leaders right to kick someone that won't cooperate. He still shouldn't be wasting someones hard earned money by spamming TS.

I spammed the chat afterwards not to group the guy. I mean, hes a greifer and doesn't want to work with the team; what more evidence does one need?

You know what bothers me quite a bit? When we look for a monk to join our group and i give them my TS server. Then they typed in the chat "I don't have a microphone, monks don't need mics". You'd be suprised, we usually don't have to find a monk to join our group but he has a microphone and when he gives us directions such as "If you're being targeted, tell me" that helps then he knows we need healing of some sort. It's also nice to have them on Teamspeak to share an opinion on some aspect of the build or anything. A monk with Teamspeak can let us know that he's healing us as opposed to calling it out in game, i'd rather not have to be distracted by a ping team message. Monks with TS + Mic = win.

I know, Eternal. There was a monk in our group afterwards that refused to on TS. He was talking about how he was the greatest monk ever, though. Yes, and when we started he ran straight for the edge of the stairs and started the timer.

He was such a jerk and he kept saying "yeh i won the hoh twice i got 43 fame" And I said "What? Those were the only two games you ever won, then?" and he said "whoops meant 87". Sure...

He refused to tell me his build, too

At best this is off topic.
It's clearly a gripe with no point indicated in the original post besides a whine, and that doesn't belong in the main discussion page.
